Step 1

Consultation

  • How it works?
    • Project team studies and understands the client’s needs.
    • Considers the client’s requirements and budget constraints.
    • Recommend solutions which provides the client with the best value in terms of constructability, maintainability and sustainability.
    • Solutions should be modular and upgradable should there arise the need to upgrade in the future.

Step 2

Site Survey/Building Plans

  • How it works?
    • Project team participates in ocular inspections to evaluate new or existing facilities and to identify and understand the site environment better.
    • Before proceeding to the next step, they hold a Q&A session for any queries or concerns that may arise.
    • They then validate the measurements in layout provided by client versus the actual site, and vice versa.
Step 3

Design

Once they are aligned with the client, our team starts designing the HVAC cooling system. This includes schematic design, routes of chilled water pipes, pipes sizing, chiller equipment sizing, ducting system, location of cooling system / cooling cabinet / power distribution and labeling convention.

    • Client specifications, preferences, and budget
    • Site layout
    • Compliance with internal, local standards and specifications
    • Competitive prices and quality products
    • Achieving efficiency requirements of client/ ASHRAE standard

Step 4

Implementation

With the design and scope of work approved, our installation team starts installing the cooling system equipment, piping systems, electrical systems of the cooling system and fixes all required measurement accessories.

  • How it works?

    The project manager will:

    • Monitor the progress to ensure timely completion and handover of the project deliverables.
    • Coordinate the implementation of the project with the client, suppliers, and the main contractor.
    • Ensure that the installation is done in accordance with client’s specification and budget, as well as manufacturer’s guidelines and procedure.
Step 5

Testing and Commissioning

  • How it works?
    • After completing the installation, the team conducts a comprehensive test for all parts installed. All test results are documented and analyzed according to international standards such as AHRI/ASHRAE or ISO standards.
    • Once this is completed, our project engineers conduct a commissioning of the cooling system, which includes system loading and a comprehensive 36 hours observation. This ensures the reliability of the entire cooling system.
Step 6

Handover and Documentation

  • How it works?

The commissioning period marks our sign-off date for the completion and handover of the project.

Once on-site activity is completed, our project engineers begin the task of preparing the documentation for the project which includes but not limited to:

    • An executive summary of the cooling system installed.
    • General diagrams of the chilled water system/plant.
    • Detail schematic diagram of the entire system (As-Build plan).
    • Layout of system.
Step 7

After Sales Maintenance and Support

  • How it works?
    • Mainly provided for cooling system installation services.
    • Upon completion of system implementation, testing and commissioning, the system installed shall be placed under defect liability period (DLP) for 1 year.
    • During the 1 year period, the system shall be under a reliability contract of 98% with a system down of not more than 3 hours.
    • Should there be a breakdown in any of the equipment, it will be repaired within 72 hours while the back-up unit is operating.
    • An option to renew expired preventive maintenance package is always available.
